However I found this link [https://ct.cloudflare.com/](url) which has working links. But...

Hey @april . I have solved this bug.  As you can see in the image there is appropriate link to the corresponding Log Name in Embedded SCTs section.

@april Can I take up this issue? I have already done one submission, like to do more.
