See what command swarmpit is using on init .. We prompt user to enter credentials which we use to bootstrap admin acc. You can follow the same pattern.

Might the problem with big cluster, influx is trying to compute metrics and fails .. Disable influx to see if that helps. Just so we know if issue is related...
