Looks to me that dots in tag name are causing the issues. Try to use tag without dots to see if it helps.

Swarmpit is checking registry in order to get image SHA and other metadata prior to service create/update. So if you're offline this check fails. You should always have access to...

@milple1742 You can link your registry via swarmpit API. (Registry section in UI)
