FYI, these messages are probably from the system default of (old) BSD. [The macOS man page] is still same even in 12.5. [The macOS man page]: https://developer.apple.com/library/archive/documentation/System/Conceptual/ManPages_iPhoneOS/man3/gai_strerror.3.html
This list is only for older platforms where `gai_strerror` is not available, so it will not be used on many modern systems. I don't think it is worth to change.
I’ll squash the commits other than `USE_YJIT` macro refactoring. Maybe it’s better to separate that commit?

I tried building by `emcc`, but `SIZEOF_VOIDP` is 4. How can I run `emcc` for 64bit binary?

IIRC, `Array#to_proc` is an idea proposed during the discussion before numbered parameters, and had been rejected.
