Update: It appears to be a bug with the latest update only, you can downgrade to 1.3.1 from [here](https://altstore.io/altserver/beta/) until the bug is fixed.

This would appear to just be an issue with windows 7 which is technically unsupported. I would recommend downloading an older beta AltServer from [here](https://altstore.io/altserver/beta). I’ll leave this one open,...
