Altserver error on windows 10: IsWow64Process2 not found

Describe the bug after installing, I opened altserver from the start menu on windows 10 and it showed entry point not found

Update: It appears to be a bug with the latest update only, you can downgrade to 1.3.1 from here until the bug is fixed.

I updated my Windows 10 from 1507 to 1809 and the problem disappeared. Maybe the dev targeted a higher version (somewhere between 1703 and 1809) and that's why?

no I tried all the previous version from the altserver beta but the issue still appears

never mind I found the problem. I didn't fully remove the older version of altstore, so it appeared the error
