Decision made to post these to the website _after_ the SST v6.0 release has been posted and then to work on including them in future releases. Changed to SST v6.1.0.
These will be posted in an online repository of models to be added during SST v7.0, not being done for SST v6.0/v6.1.

@jjwilke - I don't think we have any elements which depend on MPI being present. We don't build with `MPICC` or `MPICXX` by design to avoid that happening. I wouldn't...

@bjmoor - my preference would be to have the simulation error. I think it will avoid problems later down the road.
