Current implementation of DNS server will not work in future versions of Java

Currently, I'm trying to merge the latest version of dnsjava. `SystemResolverConfig` (introduced in [this commit](https://github.com/nkoneko/PacketProxy/commit/fdbd080762f72ead3181ff6fe2de028d45af5431)) needs to be modified accordingly.
