[bug]: zinit ls command is missing

"zinit snippets" lists snippets and "zinit plugins" the plugins. Readme, "zinit help" and "zinit man" shows outdated info.

Mouse hover not working on popup menu

Works for me with NVIM v0.11.4 + Neovide 0.15.2. Need to be of course enabled in Neovim with `vim.o.mousemoveevent = true`
