Fix small typo

Very small typo, but one that I see when working with NRPT. Not sure if these changes would break any existing code?

Disable warnings

Add an option to disable Pigeons warnings. If you use Pigeons in a for loop these warnings can clutter output. Alternatively, only show warnings the first time.
