I added a pull request (#1535) to address this (also other S3-to-S3 transfers, like `copy`) a few weeks back. Any chance of getting it considered for inclusion?

This is also affecting `apache-arrow-apt-source-latest-jammy.deb`, and updating keys from https://downloads.apache.org/arrow/KEYS doesn't fix it.
