Note: the firmware binary is not updated in my pull request. Generally speaking, I prefer letting the repository owner building and publishing a binary that may be used by everybody.

test.py was not supposed to be included in this pull request. I will remove it tonight. Same thing for .gitignore, unless someone else is using Jetbrain's CLion & PyCharm.
