This looks fine, but will this cause BC issues? I think people were concerned about that in the past.
I'm not aware of any relevant differences between LLVM 18 and LLVM 19. (Both are built with `CMAKE_CXX_STANDARD=17`.)
It may be worth testing whether you can successfully build against the llvm18 compat packages on f41, to exclude differences in the f41 environment as the cause for this.
I don't think this is related to formatting preservation at all (it is never preserved by the default printer) -- it sounds like you are printing for the default version...

Hm, that's weird. `printFormatPreserving` is supposed to include the opening PHP tag.
