Thanks for the report, this is a serious accessibility issue and I will try to get it fixed in one of the next updates
Gramophone by default hides songs shorter than 60 seconds. I suppose that would apply to ringtones. Have you tried reducing this minimum length in Settings > Behaviour?

you can just pause the player and it will exit after two minutes
Your goal is to hide Gramophone from currently active music players?
@Tommartinz In that case I'm confused. Closing the app like you said does not clear the queue, nor the thing I told you. These do just terminate the app.
