[BUG] Enhanced .lrc (aka A2 extension) support

Add support for enhanced .lrc for per-word lyrics syncronization. They are aveiable on Musixmatch, QQ and Netease/163music. The only two open source implementations of this feature I could find were karaoke player spivak and this plugin for foobar2000.
