can you explain this in more detail? are you sure sleep timer is related? what does "song does not follow android volume" mean? too loud? maybe that song file just...
Do I understand correctly that - the volume panel volume does not change, but the song sounds like it was set to maximum - changing the volume panel volume does...
does this happen with any other apps?
can you try disabling playback speed hardware acceleration and float audio (if enabled) in gramophone settings?
