You're on the right track. You need to edit the .las file. Download https://rapidlasso.com/LAStools/ and try to edit the .las file. Somehow you need to 'zoom in' into that file,...

@UncleLope make a screenshot once you're .las file is loaded in and your coordinates are set. Then let's see that screenshot

The .course file has to be a TGC 2019 .course file
