Half of my course is "Blacked" out in mask edit

If you have a screenshot, that would help. My guess is that it goes wrong in earlier steps.

As soon as you load in the .Las and the coordinates of the course, make a screenshot of that. Then make a screenshot of the mask, right before you apply the red color
