`BLAKE3` is supported by bouncycastle (https://www.bouncycastle.org/docs/docs1.5on/org/bouncycastle/crypto/digests/Blake3Digest.html), should it should be trivial to enable it in the plugin.

Not currently. As far as I know we cannot execute goals in the aggregator module *after* the children modules have been built, so I don't think this can be done...

Nice! Maybe you could replace the [Gradle chapter in the docs](https://github.com/nicoulaj/compile-command-annotations/blob/master/src/site/markdown/index.md.vm#L64) with the new plugin ? I don't know much about Gradle, I am afraid I don't really know how...
