Is there a way to hide the handle when the list is not being scrolled?

When list is not in motion hide the handle. When list comes back to motion show the handle but in a fading manner.

Sort entries alphabetically by keys

How to scroll without dragging when using it inside a ScrollView?

It almost seems impossible to scroll up/down if this is nested in a scroll view? Is it just the nature of this library or is there a way to achieve...
