Is there anything that can be done to help get this PR merged?

It would allow me to use a newer python version for check scripts. Nothing to specific, just an attempt to set 3.10 as the minimum over all repos.

i tested my change: [Add vyos #3618](https://github.com/ytti/oxidized/pull/3618) against VyOS 1.5-stream-2025-Q2 But in theory this should only fix the escape characters. I could not replicate the issue with the prompt detection
