Why do you need extra libs?

This is a copy of the original Laravel package.json: https://github.com/laravel/laravel/blob/master/package.json I think it makes sense to keep the packages required by the default Laravel install.

Throw the first exception if error happened during multicast send

Tested on my end, @pyr0hu modification work as expected, and is necessary to debug and monitor in production. Any maintainer could merge it? :pray:
