I have found the issue. It's located in QuantConnect project in LiveTradingResultHandler.cs in SplitPackets method. Series are removed from packet sent out if the chart name is not equqlto _subscription...

I have just started to look into your project and find it very interesting. I will investigate further and if I can will provide some help.
