HttpClientZioBackend fails with 'no statuscode in response'

While upgrading from `AsyncHttpClientZioBackend` to `HttpClientZioBackend`, we encountered this unexpected behavior. I've created an example here, where `AsyncHttpClientZioBackend` works but `HttpClientZioBackend` fails for the same request: https://github.com/nickelsen/sttp-example
