Changes to be made: * Add asynchronous/background loading https://aka.ms/AA52xzw. * Add version 21 of SqlWorkbench.Interfaces.dll and related project. * Change reference Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.10.0 to Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.15.0. * Remove old not supported versions.
