Bootstrap modal is not closing.

There is no model example given in template. So i just copy pasted the modal code from bootstrap website. It shows the modal but on clicking close, modal doesn't close.

Search Bar Pop Up when Clicked then Closed by Itself

I've encountered a problem with the Search Bar, I've tried clicking the search icon to show the bar/panel, then it closed by itself. Thank you.
