I am sorry for answering lately, I dont know how to fix your problem coz it's running smoothly on my laptop.

I can not run collect_env.py because it imports the general_ocr module as well, so I also encounter the same error when running this file.

Hi @BinahHu , @Kolaye , because they loaded pretrained weights trained on ImageNet-21k, so they used the mean and std of the ImageNet dataset.
