[x] Update the cards to give less focus to docker etc
[ ] Add more mention of tools - especially launch
[ ] Have big callout "Thinking of writing a new pipeline?" with dedicated page about talking to us first. Examples of good and bad messages in #new-pipelines
[x] Rewrite the contributor logo stuff so that it doesn't kill the browser
[x] Update the videos - integration with bytesize youtube links?
[x] Quick-search from the search box to go directly to a pipeline

I think we should do these manually using Screen Studio so they're all fancy, then make this one of the primary elements right at the top of the page.
