Make / check email forwarders

• With restructured teams the email groups will need to be created with new lists for each subgroup.
• Some groups will be able to be established now while others will be created slowly as team members agree to join.
• Groups were decided at the retreat and stored in hackmd (steering, core, safety, infrastructure, outreach, maintainers, amabsadors?)
• Groups will aline with suggested team structure.
