bowtie_indices not working with downloaded mature and hairpin fa.gz file

When using the dev branch code of Dec 10th 2020 with

--fasta sus_scrofa_11.1.fa --mirtrace_species ssc

bowtie_indices process fails with

gzip: mature.fa.gz: Too many levels of symbolic links

I will take care of fixing this issue
