Description of feature

Have a look at the slack channel but @mirpedrol posted this on the slack channel. Would be great to have some of the tiny bugs fixed and then do a patch release with the latest template version 3.3.2.

This pipeline didn't get a template update with tools 3.3.2 due to the missing value for manifest.contributors in the nextflow.config file.
Please make sure to complete the template update for v3.3.1 and add the contributors field. You can read the [blog post about the 3.3.1 template update](https://nf-co.re/blog/2025/tools-3_3) and ping us if you encounter any problem.
Once you changed that in your `dev` branch, you will be able to continue receiving template updates.
