Patched Sentieon with Sarek

Description of the bug

Has anyone gotten the new Sentieon Patched License to work with Sarek and if so, can you please share how?

I've tried modifying code to use depot.galaxyproject.org-singularity-sentieon-202503. I've also tried patching the current Sarek depot.galaxyproject.org-singularity-sentieon-202308.02 container.

@SPPearce recently updated all sentieon modules in the modules repo (cf https://github.com/nf-core/modules/pull/8427) And we're in the middle of updating the modules on the dev branch (cf https://github.com/nf-core/sarek/pull/1871). Hopefully this should be merge in this week, and should fix this particular issue.

Yes, if you use the branch that Maxime linked to it then sentieon should work again.
