Allow for spike-ins

Description of feature

It would be nice to allow the use of spike-ins (e.g. ERCC). nf-core/rnaseq allows this by providing an --additional_fasta that appends the sequences and the appropriate intervals in the GTF. I wonder if something similar could be done here
