nf-core spring cleaning 2025: Overlap with quantms?

Dear devs @jpfeuffer @ypriverol @timosachsenberg: Is this pipeline still used/are there future plans for this? Not sure about the details, but is the OpenMS ProteomicsLFQ program part of this pipeline and quantms and therefore is this pipeline completely implemented also in quantms?

All the functionalities are in quantms.

Yes I think it is by far superseded by quantms now. It could be kept for simplicity of lfq focussed analyses but being behind in tool versions and likely not being updated anymore I would understand a removal in a spring clean.
