Description of feature

Jalview is a free cross-platform program for multiple sequence alignment visualisation and analysis. Its integration into the AlphaFold2 and Colabfold workflows of the pipeline can contribute to a more informative visualisation of the results.

@athbaltzis @benzoid - we are very close to finishing up Jalview 2.11.3's new CLI so this integration should be doable within the next 2-3 weeks. @benzoid will follow up on slack.
