Determine future feasibility of switch to nf-core bump-version

Overview

• currently I'm using bump-my-version to manage project versioning
• throughout the nf-core community the nf-core bump-version tool is also used
• however, nf-core bump-version only targets specific files making it insufficient for current purposes
• understand whether nf-core bump-version might be extended and become a suitable replacement for bump-my-version
