Add `dorado` as the basecaller

Description of feature

ONT now has a faster tool than guppy or bonito for basecalling called dorado. It is pretty stable and mature now. Please consider integrating it to nf-core/nanoseq pipeline if it does not breach EULA.

I second this. It would be great if dorado is part of the next update of the nanoseq pipeline.
