Similar to the existing graphtyper/genotype module (https://github.com/nf-core/modules/issues/2853) which does small variants, it would be great to also have one available for the genotype_sv command, which does structural variants. https://github.com/DecodeGenetics/graphtyper/wiki/User-guide#structural-variants-svs
