Attempting to install seqkit modules results in no change

Description of the bug

In a freshly initialised nf-core project, running the commmand nf-core modules install seqkit/stats as instructed at https://nf-co.re/modules/seqkit_stats results in some nf-core ascii art printing to the terminal, but no changes to the modules.json or the contents of the modules folder. No error messages are printed and the program appears to exit without issue.
