Trying to use the new ARM-based runners to test the arm bioinformatics efforts.

Getting an error about apptainer on arm :(

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 apptainer:amd64 : Depends: libc6:amd64 (>= 2.28) but it is not installable
                   Depends: libfuse3-3:amd64 (>= 3.2.3) but it is not installable
                   Depends: libseccomp2:amd64 (>= 2.5.0) but it is not installable
                   Depends: libuuid1:amd64 (>= 2.16) but it is not installable
                   Depends: zlib1g:amd64 (>= 1:1.1.4) but it is not installable
                   Depends: squashfs-tools:amd64 but it is not installable

Do you think switching to ubuntu 24 in the runner would solve the singularity setup problem?
