ASCAT.sc is a variant of ASCAT which can work on single-cell data, and also with shallow whole-genome sequencing (sWGS), among other things.

We already have a prototype module for one of our recently released pipelines (SAMURAI), so this would probably simplify the addition. However a major problem is that currently ASCAT.sc lacks a release. Internally we run on the latest snapshot from the master branch using Docker, but I don't think this would be viable as it is.

(I plan on working on this during the Barcelona hackathon; I can't find the instructions anymore so I don't remember if I should add it to Projects or not)
