This script converts a GTF file to a tabular list feature-wise annotation in a highly configurable manner (different feature types, attributes etc).

I've asked on #modules if such a thing already exists in nf-core, but if not I would find this very useful to assist in the interpretation of gene expression data etc.

There is already a Conda package and Biocontainer which should make the module quite easy to develop.
