shinyngs is an R package I wrote a few years ago for automatically building shiny-driven data mining tools like this given only structured data on expression, differential expression etc.

There are also convenience wrappers for making static PCA plots, Box plots etc that would fit nicely into reports.

I'll write the nextflow module(s) for my own purposes at least, hopefully useful to others too.
