[BUG] BowTie2 is missing `log` entry in meta.yml

Description of the bug

Here doesn't show log now show_unaligned input channels: https://nf-co.re/modules/bowtie_align

as added here: https://github.com/nf-core/modules/blob/master/modules/bowtie2/align/main.nf

These should be added to meta.yml, particularly as BowTie2 log files are supported by MQC
