Add support for cloud platform

Hi nf-core/fetchngs team,

Really appreciate your guys' hard work on nf-core/fetchngs. I would like to ask whether it is possible to add support for downloading data directly to an AWS S3 bucket. I’m currently working with a very large dataset and would like to download it straight to S3, as I plan to process it further using AWS Batch.

That should be possible if you launch the pipeline directly on AWS batch with the outdir option
