Side note: sould it be --consesnsus_tool or conssensus_sequence_tool?
Could condense --run_consensusseuqence instead for example, if that's the top level thing
@aidaanva I've got to the the point where the 'latest' error is now within the CONSENSUS_SEQUENCE subworkflow, so you can continue from there :) It's a proper join error now :)
