Docs Enhancement: stress that min_fold_change is NOT logged

Description of feature

The parameter differential_min_fold_change has a default of 2. However, the differential_foldchanges_logged has a default of TRUE.

I personally was confused, and didn't realize that the differential_min_fold_change would be log transformed until I looked at the code.

Would it be possible to please specify this in the help text that appears under differential_min_fold_change, just to avoid future mistakes? I think it just needs an always visible sentence like "This number will be log2 transformed"
