Considering bumping CheckQC

Description of feature

Since https://github.com/Molmed/checkQC/releases/tag/v4.0.6, CheckQC supports the (fairly popular) NextSeq 500/550 instrument. It may be worthwhile to update it (lives in nf-core, but this can be used as a tracking issue).

And I'm willing to make one. ;) I'd go nf/core modules -> nf-demultiplex. Would that work?
