Add homopolish for nanopore-only assembly

Hi, may I know is it possible to add homopolish as a tool for polishing after polished by medaka?

Hi there, after having a short look, yes, this seems possible. However I cannot say how long it might take (me?) to do this. If you are willing to contribute, I'd appreciate it.
