Improving phylogenetic placement

Description of feature

As discussed, we want implement the phylogenetic placement through using phylogenetic reference trees from both Bacteria and Archaea based on GTDB database.

No progress for a while, I'm afraid. Danilo is busy with other things. I hope to take it up soon as I really want it in.
